Want To Save Time In Your eBay Business…Something New Is Coming…
For many of us we would have experienced people buying our items but deciding not to pay for these items, it may take them a week or 2 if you have reminded them and this can be very time consuming to continue to keep checking up on this.
So some exciting news for you from late March, sellers will have the option to use a new Unpaid Item (UPI) Assistant.
Opting to use the UPI Assistant will be as easy as updating your preferences within My eBay. The UPI Assistant will automatically open and close cases for you according to your specifications. You can elect the number of days you are willing to wait for payment before the assistant opens a case on your behalf.
This improvement to the Unpaid Item process reduces the time a seller needs to spend reviewing payments, sending reminders and opening cases. It also automatically credits a seller their fees when the case is closed in their favour. So no more sending emails, waiting for a reply or a payment, it’s all done for you!
If you’d like to take advantage of the Unpaid Item Assistant when it’s available in March, simply go to My eBay, go to the Account tab, select site preferences and choose “Yes“ under your Unpaid Item Assistant preferences.

As a seller you should take the time to familiarise yourself with any changes being introduced that can help you save time and effort in your eBay business so you can concentrate on making money on eBay!
Til next time have a great eBay week.
